Plush and pulpy pink grapefruit on the palate, very high acid but plenty grippy. Citrus rind steaming on hot wet cement for the nose 🤷♂️. Overwhelmed by the pink grapefruit vibe and while this wine is no floozy, not quite as precise as the sophia/tutu/paski cuvees. A delightful companion to larb ped and yum yum trout (crispy, topped w copious threads of mango) from clement st. gem Thai Time.
