4 months ageing in barrel for a red that is fresh, plumpy and joyous
Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and minimal so2
It has a bliueberry fruit very evidentthat i would associate with the merlot rather than the sangiovese, and it is quite earthy too
Smooth tannin and inviting freshness
A good encounter
Quite long after taste too
