Quarz is in my mind one of the very top whites from Italy and the 2015 is an attractive one. Extreme complexity, sustains forever. I've had a few that have agreed amazingly well and I think this would do likewise.

Decanted this baby for one hour and she loved it !
Lovely expressive nose with tropical fruits, mango, lychee, papaya, lime, grapefruit, with a herbal touch, on the palate the same fruit flavors, very juicy and crispy acidity, mineral touch, and a lovely bitter note on the aftertaste! Great pairing with grilled tuna fish ! 94 DSP

Lemongrass with a hint on petrol on the nose. Really deep with nice mineral finish... touch of oak but this is sauv Blanc that can stand up to lobster... or tuna belly in a puttenesca sauce. A brilliant acid-driven companion with food. Prob develop more complexity with patience, but a delight NOW.
