Will the real Fiano please stand up? Fun backstory on this in that this "Fiano" from Puglia is actually a Minutolo. Color is almost like a skin contact white, but great acidity and minerality with lovely aromatics - reminds me of honeycomb

Honeyed, oxidative, nutty. Expressive nose. Textural mouth. Good with aged Gouda

Seemed like refermentation was going on in the bottle which was distracting. Really fun white with food and a great nose.
