Great ruche. $12 wholesale is ridiculous value. Cherries, earth. Cement fermentation/aging giving a freshness I enjoy. Great with charcuterie.

Very earthy nose, almost a little Brett funky. Light body with a slight funk but lots of tannins come in right away. Very nice with a slight chill and should go great with grilled pork steaks and mushrooms!

Maybe I just don’t like this grape. I’m usually down to follow Kermit Lynch in his adventures on the wine route, but this tasted like watered down Nebbiolo to me.
