As a 2nd or 3rd string Margaret River Cab or Cab blend not in the top echelon. I love the Cape M flagship but the 2012 Trinders showed under ripe green Cab flavours with some bitterness. Not in the same league as the Voyager Girt by Sea or the Woodlands Cab Merlot. All for the same price of approx $20 to $25. 16 points.

Soft, elegant Bordeaux blend from Margaret River. Slightly peppery nose - with blackberry and liquorice on the palate, but nothing too noticeable here.
