Medium red with some glycerin on the edges. Nose is slightly earthy with hint of cremini mushrooms and oak. 2014 is slightly acidic still (2019) and lacks the fuller ripe cherries of other vintages; mouthfeel is good, but finish is short, tight and a little to much minerality. Below grade from what I expect from Capiaux.
