That water bottle nearby? You'll need that. Because the delicious lemon candy flowing through has a very long finish. It's the best part as well. A lot of steel minerality, some butterscotch, not very creamy as a chard but explosive expression. Aroma is oceanic and Spanish, palate is bright. So tart though
