Just a touch cloudy... but the most awesome blast of blackberry, tobacco and kirsch notes. Smooth and silky on the palate, no notice of alcohol and zin's normal pepper notes are gone. Perfect foil to filets. I love old Zinfandel and I love old Carlisles in particular. Bravo Mike Officer!
