Atypical color, pale straw with greenish tint. Atypical nose, aromas of cleaning detergent, hints of pineapple and pie crust. Atypical flavor profile, sharp rather than round. Pineapple juice, kiwi flavors. Mixed tropical fruit with mineral character, and sharp acidity that throws me off from its varietal typical identity. Almost full body, with kind of a creamy texture. No secondary malolactic fermentation whatsoever in this wine. Must be halloween coming. Lets call this a Chablis wannabe. Persistant at the end with that acidity. Not bad. 86 pts.
