A dice-roll bottle from an unearthed value case in a clients cellar. Super sappy, inky black, with lively acid and silty tannins. Grilled strawberry, braised plum and fig reduction, tiniest touch of duck sauce VA. Cigar ash, dried red chiles. Really enjoyed!
