As you guys probably know, I love my Prosecco's (well I do have a 'Prosecco made me do it' jumper 😆). When I spotted this Carpene Malvolti Prosecco at the Chateau Guildford Cellarbrations for about $20, I couldn't resist. For me it was a very traditional Prosecco...
Pale yellow colour on the eye with a steady stream of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. On the nose it was so fresh and crisp with notes of apples, pears & lemons dominating. The palate mirrored the nose making it a very thirst and palate cleansing tipple. Delightful!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
