Carpenè Malvolti
Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene
Extra dry, for sure. But poking through the dryness are hints of peach and green apple. Wonderful with fish!

Apr 6th, 2018$18 bottle. Dry for a prosecco. Not amazing in an Aperol Spritz but stands well on its own.

Aug 26th, 2016Very charming jasmine and pear flowers on the first nose but dull and simple after ten minutes in the glass. Palate is muted, simple and empty. Not very bad but too easy for that docg.

Jan 1st, 2016Nose: Jasmine, White peaches, toasty Marcona almonds, lemon rind. Nice round mouthfeel, fine bubbles, Granny Smith apple acidity, nice finish. Great as an aperitif, or with mild cheeses, cured meats(speck). 11%abv
