Dark ruby in the glass. Mellow and smooth very light tannins. Soft in the mouth. No dry wine here. Medium body and soft red currant with a hint of vanilla.

2015 Dec 26, 2017 (JP in Nov 2017). First experience with this varietal. Well made, although dark in color, medium bodied with supple tannins. Very nice, in a good way. Reserving further judgement until the next bottle.

A "nice" wine that opened up after an hour. Dark fruit taste with noticeable acidity. Good for weeknight dinners.
