Very complex, but still fresh and mineral! Loved it!!

Little petrol, also grassy like fresh cut lawn, cola leaf.

The cola leaf really translates to the palate. Racy, medium to high acidity, a bit of zucchini almost, this sort of light herbal/vegetal character. Almost reminds me of mushroom-forward sakes.
