It has the full nose of dried flowers, tobacco, tar and dried fruit.
The acid is really interesting - every taste Chinese black vinegar? It's borrowing from that.
Very rustic, I wouldn't consider it a refined Nebbiolo, the tannins and texture and taste all have a rustic appeal like a flannel shirt or log cabin or a campfire- comforting and appeals to the instinctual senses.
