Perhaps the best Prosecco I’ve had to date. Bottled “col fondo” (with sediment) this wine is hazy with tons of melon, citrus, and a gorgeous minerality over an underlying richness. Real tasty and dangerously easy to drink.

Interesting. Nose is a little oxidative and biscuity, like a Jura cremant. But the palate is all mineral and some understated tropical fruit, but totally dry. Unfiltered and bottle refermented; looks petnatty but is way stiffer than expected.
