When @Littorai Wines' Ted Lemon makes wine, we pounce. In partnership with @Marquis Sauvage (who also owns Koehler-Ruprecht in Germany's Pfalz), Cashburn is the young-drinking cuvée from their Burn Cottage Vineyard, the first biodynamically planted vineyard in New Zealand's Central Otago. True to Lemon's style, it is a taut, lively, impeccably made Pinot Noir with classic tart fruit and earthy, floral aromas.
