Franciacorta DOCG 2007, 12.5%, bottle tasted in May 2014. 48 months on the yeasts, and minimum 10 months in the bottle after degorgement. Pale yellow color, luminous. Nose rich of white fruits, bred crust, a little vanilla. Nice and creamy in the mouth, but not much persistence. 84/100
