Nice perlage, pretty intense and mildly complex with a rose essence that stands out. Peach, strawberry, apricot and grapefruit follow nicely. Pinot noir is vey recognisable here with its strong acidic impetuosity. I suggest to combine this wine with food to blend and balance the high freshness..
