For $5.50 at Costco I had to try two bottles of this; Alas while it offers some enticing cherry and spicy dark berry aromas, it’s somewhat coarse on the palate with excessive oak, uncouth tannins - graceful this is not, but for that outstanding price it’s bound to make some CA #pinotnoir lovers happy. I’d recommend the Chilensis at $9 as a much better QPR option.
