I'm a sucker for a cab franc. This one is lighter than some. Finished like a nice soft landing. Dry as it should be...but not enough to overtake the berry goodness.

A little light & inexpressive for my personal palate. Good fruit nose, great acidity and notable herbaceousness and minerality on the palate. The minerality in particular was different than anything I've experience this far. I can't out a specific flavor...copper?
Maybe would've shown better if I had picked a better food pairing.
