Dark, ripe raspberry with pomegranate, dash of celery, leather, evenly wrapped around a fistful of tannins. Perhaps a Cab. Franc for marbled steaks. Out of interest I will let the second bottle sit for 5 more years at the very least. I enjoy this producer.
