Racy acidity, persisted bubbles with quince on the nose, but the flavor is somewhat neutral and the middle palate is hollow. Guess there is a bit wet wool from Chenin Blanc, but I couldnt identiy it last time in a blind tasting. Not a bad drink, but not good enough to buy again.

Tasty light and perfect for drinking without OJ for brunch! My preferred alternative, just drinking sparkling.
