Light golden yellow. Aromas of chives, yellow pear, and apple sauce. It's light in body weight but it's oily mouthfeel makes it seem bigger than it really is. There's a ton of green apple on the palate, with yellow pear and a squirt of lime in the background. It finishes with a flash of apple that disappears quickly, leaving your mouth alone with acidity begging you to drink more.
