Treviso Prosecco
Clear golden color. Smells slightly funky. Latex house paint? Soil? Old books? Attics? Flavors are dry and dynamic. Hint of non-sweet honey. (Beeswax?). Tinny bit of yeast on the end. Nice balance. Gratifying.

1 person found it helpfulJan 1st, 2020Another nice Trader Joes find. At $8 this is a bargain Prosecco, and not just in price. Citrus abounds: lime, lime zest, lemon and orange, finished with a bit of flinty minerality and wet rock. Dry and delicious, you won't need to reach for the OJ to enjoy this sparkler (but if you want to that's okay too).

May 8th, 2015Very dry, light, nice acidic bite. Can hold its own against champagne or cremant. Pretty bottle, too.
