The nose is very light and almost as soft as water, but the flavors of Green Apple, grass and crispness without mineralogy is quite nice.

Bright and crisp body with a bold "pear" profile. Clean and smooth with a bit of citrus rounding it out. Lacks some complexity but makes up for it in shear approachability. A really nice Sauvignon Blanc especially for the NW US.
