Killer Wine Night. Lineup of 17 wines. Tasted blind. Theme was Old World Killer “B” (the letter “B” has to be the first letter in one of the proper nouns in the wine e.g., region, varietal, type, winery name, etc.)
Wine 11. Smooth, silky, fruit forward but follows with a lot of tar. The “B” is in Cellers Baronia.

Aug 6th, 2018Something funky goin on. Gamey meats, stewed fruits, animal fat. Served at 50degrees tasted good, decanted an hour tasted velvety. Then got real blue cheesy and weird as fuck.
Finishing now, glad I tried. Would buy again...but not to impress connoisseurs

Jul 4th, 20182005: earthy, a little spice, leathery. Had it with eggplant parm, worked well. Low acid, so paired well with the tomato sauce.
