Color of dark inky red like cherry skin with nice hazy violet on the rim. Nose of ripe and sweet dark plum, hint of chocolate, black pepper, laced with powerful alcohol. Taste of round acidity, jammy silky and dense texture, peppery, low tannin, a bit oaky smoky and mocha. Aftertaste of sweet note and hotness of black pepper, black tea and medium long. A crowd pleaser.
