Deep ruby with clear pink rim. Medium nose of cherry, raspberry, anise, tobacco, sage, toasted coconut and oak. Medium body and acidity brings cherry, black pepper and oak. Soft tannins lead to an oak/earth and red fruit medium finish. Balance shifted to the nose but good structure for a fairly valued $18.74 USD chicken or salmon friend.
