The signature Cabernet Sauvignon very intense fruit dark currents and cassis berry fruit very complex roasted coffee and espresso signature cab there are 150 lots of Cabernet Sauvignon go into making this wine. Graphite toasty oak spice very chewy but still fresh and balanced very long finish. Prichard hill is a blind sampling of all the barrels in the winery and they put together a blend of the best of the best this takes a few days to put together. 100 % barrel feemted and 100% new oak

Promises to be great in another 5 years. Was acidic with a promising beginning in the mouth.
