Charles Bonvin Fils
Mont Cervin Matterhorn Chasselas
2015 vintage. Lightly effervescent mountain wine for mountain surroundings :) Lemon pith, yellow apple, chalk, waxiness, dried yellow flowers, a texture that suggests lees contact and possibly partial oak aging. Not always my style of white, but don't see many Swiss wines back home.

Refreshing, light, and clean.
