Mineral, olive, pepper and spiciness on the nose. Good balance between tannis and acidity. Medium body. Enjoyable Cab Franc.

Typisk lätt Chinon. Vinbär och hallon. Gräs, örter, blyertspenna:) grusigt. Pigg syra, lätt och snälla tanniner. Väldigt prisvärd!
