Crisp, with complex citrus flavors on the pallet. Hints of grapefruit, Mellon and Granny Smith apple. Would pair well with robust cheeses and aggressive meats.

The color is so light that there's almost an absence of color. It's a very very pale yellow. Aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit and elderflower. Light bodied with an airy mouthfeel but with a stabby-stabby acidity. Flavors of lime, pineapple lollipop and a little slice of banana. It finishes with tart acidity and flavors of lime and pineapple lollipop.
