Hard to believe I’ve made it to 2023 without writing up the ‘13 Chasseur Umino. But it is still drinking wonderfully, vibrant, light on its feet and full of fruit and spice like the great Burgundy it aspires to be.

This is the second vintage I’ve had of this wine. It’s still great! Nice big nose, which I enjoy, fruity flavor and easy finish. I would have to do a side by side tasting to be absolutely sure but I _think_ I like the 2012 slightly better. Which would fit with Murphy’s Law as there will obviously be less of them.
