
Dark brownish red. Nose that had some guessing Italian, while others linked dried herbs in the nose to Rhone and Ch d Pape. Upon reveal, "of course it's Bordeaux". Rich and smooth in the mouth, with long finish. My first Ausone and its a 59. It's good to be the king.
