Château Beau-Séjour Bécot
Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend
Drank 2/16/20. Beautiful with a New York Strip.
No formal notes taken, but scents of plum, blackberry, mint, and tobacco. Flavors of black fruit. Nice balance, black fruit on the finish. Very nice. Ready to drink now, but will easily hold another 5 years.

Mar 29th, 2014We had the 2012 Vintage on 11/3-4/24. A nice Old World Bordeaux. BlackBerry, plum and spice on the palate. Tannins smoothed out. Full bodied and well balanced.

Nov 4th, 2024A proper image, there is not so much children virgin colours). Oaky and young, condensed, showy and restricted at the same time. Doesn't change too much on day three, leave it for 5-7 years.

Sep 16th, 2017Excellent wine. Only suggestion, at least one hour of decanting. The potential for storage is simply awesome; though ready to drink right now, I would say that another five year would to it justice.
