Well aged and classic BDX. On the nose, rose hips, dusty red fruit and forest. In the mouth, red fruit, dried flowers and noticeable secondary flavor characteristics. Still some tannin left, even after 2 hours in a decanter. Medium-long finish. I don’t think you need (or should) wait much longer for this one.

Tons of ripe black and blue fruit with all the Christmas spices present in the nose. Taste matches the nose with silky tannins and a good amount of acidity. It's drinking perfectly right now.

Nice midweek treat. Cedar, cigar box and dried forest floor. Mixed with cherry / plum. Fine but gripping tannins. In a nice place but plenty of life left
