A birth year wine and a really impressive representation of the vintage. Rich fortified soil, bay leaf, tobacco leaf and a healthy full composition of dark fruits and full tannins. It seems to have plenty of life left but drinking extraordinarily well now.

Feb 9th, 2017Birth year wine. Perfect fill, lots of sediment, 100% all there. Quite tannic and a little grainy but still lots of ripe fruit. Very sound and a very pleasant surprise.
