Château Cambon
Beaujolais Gamay
Subtly sexy. Carbonic texture, a hint of olive tapenade salinity, and juicy Beaujy stewed black fruit and spice

Jul 3rd, 2017A little too much Brett for me. Some of it blows off if you decant for a half hour or so. And I thought it actually improved after a day or two open in the fridge. It’s too bad, because I could tell there was some really nice fruit buried in there. People who like a little Brett might want to disregard my slightly low score, as it wasn’t excessive to the point that I’d call it a flaw, so you might love this one.

Jan 5th, 2022Started to get juicy after some air, but some off-beat funk didn’t blow off.

Dec 10th, 2016Yer ma drinks this (obvi b/c yer ma values deeply wines of unspeakable balance, the poise of a promise in the year of election, & weatherbeaten/Aragorn-rugged claims to the throne.
Hint of the lambic, touch of the forest. Fit for kings, wicked & brave alike.) #yermadrinksthis
