Bordeaux tasting at Classic Wines. Ruby red. Nose was very tight nothing really happening, maybe needs more air (most likely). Moderate to low tannins (5/10) but seemed more integrated than the raphael, no spikes just smooth.

Nov 17th, 2015Dense, but lifted-up and fresh, even pricky; quite evolved nose with fermented tobacco, iron and blood; still fruity merlot-biscuity and a bite green; fore-squared, awkward and a bit harsh; still drinking well especially with fatty cheeses
