Saint-Estèphe Red Bordeaux Blend

Opened fairly quickly upon decanting. Not a great vintage, but the quality of the chateau really shows.

Thin and lacking depth. No fruit and no complexity. Dry paper taste.

94 in Bordeaux. Needed 30 minutes to open up. 21 years young. Thanks Alex. Classic Bordeaux

Excellent. Still has time before fading

Crazy good! 1994 vintage and it still has youthful exuberance. On the nose, menthol, dark fruits and tobacco leaf. The palate has smoked meats, mint, anise, and still dark fruits. Amazing!
