This is a BIG rose. Nose has loads of fruit (cherry, strawberry, watermelon) and some metallic minerality. Full bodied and actually a bit tannic, believe it or not. A very dinner-flexible wine.

Because it’s freaking hot in Texas! This is delicious; great nose of melon and strawberry; palate of the same with minerality and sharp acid kick; not for the faint of heart as this isn’t a simple Rose.
