Spicy red fruit and saline elements on nose. Refined tannin, nice mouthfeel and candied spicy red fruit that finishes long.

Much better than the last bottle we had - though still slightly ripe and boozy for my current taste, a great pairing with a Christmas ham. Aromatics are somewhat subdued, but the palate is deep and delicious. Nice finish with good acid.
