Had the 2017 vintage in June 2021. Surah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Friends and family found it extremely good, taste is rich and elegant.

Dry with high acidity. Very spicy and peppery in flavour. You can smell the smoke and oakiness of the wine. Hints of dark cherry in the afternotes. Dark , thick, deep red in colour with hints of browning in age.

Très bon rouge assez doux, passe-partout. Parfait avec fromages, plat pas trop relevé ou juste comme ça. Robe intéressante.
