This shows just a touch of surmaturite aromatically and on the palate, which isn’t shocking since it’s 15% ABV — normally this special cuvée checks in at 13-14% ABV. With that said, gorgeous fruit, very nice depth and balance, long, lingering finish, I just shouldn’t have opened it on a 95+ degree summer day (shrug).
