Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

2016 vintage. Pithy and mineral. Lemon and grapefruit pith, white rocks, touch of grass and hay, unripe peach, salty.

Good stuff

Nice and bone dry. Lemon grass and lead pencil. Melon finish.

Crisp and dry with biting acidity, nice slight minerality. Clean and refreshing.

Just throughly bland. Cheap buy at Costco, but I’ve had so much better at similar price point. No real nose, very soft fruit, finish is underwhelming. Not dry, not sweet, just bland.

My fav white at this moment

Good value Sancerre. Pairs well with seafood.

High high acid, and pyrazines
