I don't get this wine. I've tried 5 vintages or so and it never speaks to me. lack luster. it must have been good at one point in time but I feel like I'm missing something.

Fun to follow over 36 hours. At the end it was fully open, broad and rich cranberry vs. Light and simple just-opened. Decant it or age it AND decant it. Absurd value for the money.

I'm a little biased with anything from Kermit Lynch since he's in my top 5 of wine importers. Crushed red berries with hints of white flesh watermelon & on the nose with a little minerality. Medium bodied with that white watermelon flesh coming through along with some currants, nice & dry at some angles its tart. Hints of flint in the finish. Definitely a keeper. Looking good with some fresh chèvre....if I had some handy 😋
