Dark, inky, dry. Licorice, a little bit of acid that lingers on the tongue. Had it with a t-bone and it works, but can overpower any dish. I would try this with leg of lamb, herbs and potatoes.

Very dry compared to some of the other bordeaux that I have tried. Pleasant woody scent notes of dark cherry and a dry bite at the end.
