3 hour decant (plenty of chunky/fine sediment). A prodigious inky dark magenta color. On the nose: blackberry, cedar, floral, pine, currants, and vanilla toast. Taste: A smooth, balanced medium plus body wine with blackberry, chocolate, earth, cigar box, and a minerally dark cherry long dry finish. DUCRU.....a 13% alc old world style treat.
